Privacy Policy
Your information is collected to process your order. We do not sell or rent our material in any form to any third party. We may reserve the right to contact you via email to let you know of sales we are having, but you may request that we not contact you via email by submitting a request to be removed from our contact list.

Minimum Order
Desert Dancer does not set a minimum order amount on any order placed. We welcome all orders - regardless of size!

Tax
Arizona state sales tax will be charged to all Arizona orders.

Shipping Methods
Desert Dancer utilizes the United States Postal Service and UPS for our shipping methods.

Order Processing
Most orders will ship out within 2 business days. During holidays, please allow up to 5 business days.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please check out website for current, up to date pricing.

Payment Options
Desert Dancer accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MC, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, we accept Money Orders and personal checks. Please allow up to 10 business days for your MO or check to clear. Sorry, we do not accept COD orders.

Returned Checks
Desert Dancer will accept personal checks from US residents only. If your check is returned due to insufficient funds, we will charge you a $25 fee.

Availability
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately. If you cannot wait for the entire order, we will remove the backordered item(s), adjust your invoice, and bill you accordingly.

Returns
Desert Dancer stands behind our products. Your total satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If a product is damaged or defective, we will happily replace the product at no charge. Simply contact us to arrange return of the product and upon our receipt of the product, we will send out a replacement. Please note that all returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of order.

If the package is obviously damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

If your order is damaged internally, please notify us within 2 business days. All boxes, materials used for packaging, and products must be intact and undisturbed to process a claim.
